Annemargaret Black is currently the Chief Officer of Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integrated Joint Board (IJB), a multi partner Public Body responsible for strategic needs assessment, strategic planning, commissioning, funding and oversight of the delivery of integration of health and social care services across the area. She is also the Chief Officer of the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), the delivery vehicle for integrating delivery of health and social care services to improve outcomes for the people of Clackmannanshire and Stirling.
Annemargaret is an experienced public sector leader with a proven track record of working in senior positions within complex public sector environments across Scottish Health Boards and Local Authorities over the last 20 years. She is ambitious for the public sector and committed to work in collaboration with others to look for integration and innovation opportunities to help people and communities improve their outcomes and achieve their aspirations. Her experience includes leading and managing all community NHS services as well as adult social care and social work, and for planning unscheduled care within her senior roles. She also has experience of being a member of a Third Sector Board responsible for culture and leisure services.
Annemargaret is passionate and committed to working with people and partners to help achieve individual choice, control, and outcomes. She is an advocate of the Christie Commissions work and believes in working with people to get the best results.
