Lesley graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BA (Hons) in Management Science and worked in the private sector for a number of years before moving to the NHS in 2004.
After working in a variety of management roles and healthcare settings, Lesley joined the Quality and Efficiency Support Team at the Scottish Government in September 2012 and later took up the role of Interim National Lead for the QuEST Mental Health & Dementia programmes.
Lesley returned to Forth Valley in October 2014 to take up the role of Programme Manager for the Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership and gained her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through the Open University in December 2019.
