Natalie has been Chief Executive of Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) since June 2015. Before joining SVE, she spent several years at the National Union of Students (NUS) in Scotland, where she progressed to the role of Head of Membership and Development. She also worked with Edinburgh Council and Falkirk Council in roles that broadened her understanding of public service delivery.
Natalie is passionate about strengthening leadership across Stirling’s third sector and is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with members, volunteers, and partners. She works closely with the SVE Board to shape the organisation’s strategic direction and is proudest when SVE brings local organisations and volunteers together to share learning and drive positive change in communities.
She holds a degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of Strathclyde and a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. In addition to her role at SVE, Natalie has served on the boards of organisations such as Zero Tolerance and a local mental health social enterprise.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found shuttling her two teenagers and toddler between their various activities. In quieter moments, she loves to read and explore new places.
