What matters to you in Clackmannanshire and Stirling?

By bringing health and social care services together, communicating better, and reducing duplication, we can improve the lives of people across Clackmannanshire & Stirling.

We want the people of Clackmannanshire & Stirling to be at the heart of designing changes to services which will focus on people and put them first. Through working together, we can build better outcomes for the people of Clackmannanshire and Stirling.

The Health and Social Care Partnership have launched a short survey and we’d like your views on the ways we could work together to improve health and wellbeing within your community. No decisions have been made and none will be taken until after the engagement exercise is complete. Your views will help shape how we plan and deliver health and social care within your community, and across Clackmannanshire and Stirling.

We would appreciate if you could share this survey across your networks to ensure we gather the views of as many people as possible.
